What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you take the free Business Opportunity Review we store your name, email address, business name and the answers you give.
- When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, business name if given, and your message.
- We record whether you ticked the optional box to receive practical tips by email.
Why we collect it
- To prepare your audit results and personalised report.
- To reply to your message and, if you asked us to, talk to you about your results.
- To send occasional tips only if you opted in. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who can see it
- Only us. Submissions are stored securely and are only visible to signed-in administrators.
- We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
- We keep audit answers and messages for as long as they are useful for helping you, and delete them on request.
Your choices
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 07903299540 or use the contact page.
- If you work with us on marketing, contacting your own customers still needs to follow the privacy and marketing rules that apply to your business. We will help you think this through, but it remains important.
