What is included?
Starter covers up to 8 posts a month on up to 2 platforms. Growth covers up to 12 posts on up to 3 platforms. Plus covers up to 16 posts on up to 4 platforms, with a content strategy.
Will you post without asking me?
No. Every batch goes to you for approval first, unless you have explicitly chosen an automated arrangement.
How much of my time does it take?
Usually a short brand session at the start, then reviewing each batch of posts.
What access do you need?
Team or business access through each platform's own tools. We do not need your personal passwords.
Who owns the content?
You do. The posts, graphics and your accounts belong to your business.
Will it bring me more customers?
Regular posting can help people remember you, but we cannot guarantee enquiries or sales.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There are no long contracts.
What happens if I stop working with you?
Recurring work, reporting, monitoring and management stop, and our access is removed. We give you the relevant documentation for what we set up, and you keep everything you own. Simple handover is included. More complex migration work may be chargeable, and we always quote first.
