What is included?
Starter covers up to 5 core pages, an enquiry form, basic SEO setup and analytics. Plus covers up to 10 pages with extra service and location pages and more advanced forms. Bespoke is for shops, bookings, memberships or complex integrations.
How long does it take?
Most Starter and Plus sites take a few weeks from discovery to launch. The biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback come back to us.
How involved do I need to be?
A discovery call, supplying your information and photos, and reviewing the site before launch. We handle the rest.
What access do you need?
Access to your domain settings so we can connect the site. If you do not have a domain yet, we can help you register one in your own name.
Who owns the website?
You do. The website, domain and content belong to your business, and you receive all the access details at handover.
Are there any third-party costs?
Your domain name and hosting are paid for separately. We will tell you what these are before we start.
Will it bring me more customers?
A clear website makes it easier for people to get in touch, but we cannot guarantee a number of enquiries or sales.
What happens if I stop working with you?
Recurring work, reporting, monitoring and management stop, and our access is removed. We give you the relevant documentation for what we set up, and you keep everything you own. Simple handover is included. More complex migration work may be chargeable, and we always quote first.
