Social Media Content for Glan-y-llyn Local Businesses
Glan-y-llyn is one of Cardiff's local areas, within postcode district CF15, bordering Nantgarw, Soar and Ty Rhiw. Cardiff is known as the 'City of Arcades' for having the biggest concentration of Victorian, Edwardian and modern indoor shopping arcades in Britain, starting with the Royal Arcade in 1858 after a slum house was cleared to make way for it. Castle Arcade, opened in 1887 opposite Cardiff Castle, is Grade II* listed as the finest of the city's Victorian arcades, and around 80% of the shops across all of Cardiff's arcades today are independent businesses.
Official ONS figures recorded 12,120 VAT and/or PAYE registered businesses in the area. FOR Cardiff, the city centre's Business Improvement District, was voted for by businesses in 2016 and now represents more than 750 city centre businesses funding shared improvements.
The employment rate in Cardiff was 74.6% in 2023 (ONS). That's the local workforce and customer base social media content is competing to reach.
About Social Media Content
Social Media Content is our monthly service for owners who would rather run their business than stare at an empty caption box. We think of the ideas, write the words and design the graphics, then send every batch to you for approval before anything goes out.
How it works, start to finish
Step 1: Brand session
A short conversation about your tone of voice, your audience and what is worth posting about.
Step 2: Research
We look at your audience, your competitors and what has performed before.
Step 3: Monthly batch
We prepare posts, captions and graphics, with versions for each platform you have chosen.
Step 4: Your approval
You approve, change or reject every post. Nothing goes out without your say so.
Step 5: Scheduling and publishing
Approved posts are scheduled and go live on your accounts.
