Social Media Content: Built for Local Businesses in Great Berry
In Basildon's corner of the East of England region, Great Berry covers postcode district SS16 and borders Kingswood, Vange and Lee Chapel South. Basildon was designated a New Town in January 1949, one of eight built 20 to 30 miles from London to house people moved out of the bombed and overcrowded capital, merging the existing settlements of Pitsea, Laindon, Basildon and Vange into one town.
According to ONS, there were 7,805 VAT and/or PAYE registered businesses in the area. Essex Chambers of Commerce runs one of its five county business hubs in Basildon, alongside Basildon for Business, the council's own dedicated business support service.
The employment rate in Basildon was 74.9% in 2023 (ONS). Numbers like that are part of the backdrop social media content is built to work within.
About Social Media Content
Social Media Content is our monthly service for owners who would rather run their business than stare at an empty caption box. We think of the ideas, write the words and design the graphics, then send every batch to you for approval before anything goes out.
How it works, start to finish
Step 1: Brand session
A short conversation about your tone of voice, your audience and what is worth posting about.
Step 2: Research
We look at your audience, your competitors and what has performed before.
Step 3: Monthly batch
We prepare posts, captions and graphics, with versions for each platform you have chosen.
Step 4: Your approval
You approve, change or reject every post. Nothing goes out without your say so.
